PEAK WEEK DIET AND WATER PLAN
What you do during the week leading up to your show is absolutely crucial to how you’re going to look on stage. Don’t go in to peak week with out a solid, tried-and-true strategy to shred that last bit of fat while ensuring that your muscles aren’t flat and are looking their best. We will work with you to make you a specific nutrition plan for that week as well as give you a water plan to shed water under your skin while leaving it in your muscle where you need it.
