You will receive each day’s workouts and meal plan by logging into your very own Rock Solid Training profile page on our app.  With-in this app you be able to see video demos of each exercise, log your weights, track your progress, communicate with us, see charts and graphs of different metrics, take and send progress photos, and much more!

After you become part of the Rock Solid Training team, Sean and Heath will look over your fitness questioner in detail and create you a customized fitness program. Once they have finalized your program which usually takes about 1-2 business days for the workouts and 2-4 business days for the nutrition plan, they will send you an email notifying you that you now have access to your Rock Solid Training personal profile page and instructions on how to get started.

To take full advantage of the advanced Rock Solid Training workout techniques that we’ve developed it would be ideal to access to a standard gym with freight weights, cables, and some basic machines.  However, if you have free weights at home and some basic equipment, we can work with you to give you substitution exercises so that you can still effectively stimulate the target muscle with the equipment available.
